1. Entry fee is 10k Snipcoins, send to snipraffle with memo of your 3 numbers 1-999
2. Every Sunday night at 8pm eastern time we will use a random pick 3 number generator. If your 3 numbers match you win the pot
3. If nobody wins pot carries over to next week.
4. If 2 people win pot is split.
5. 30% of the pot will be burned apon the win. Plus 10% to organizer .
